FC Mobile 25 January 2025 Patch Update: Gameplay Improvements
Based on the community feedback over the last few months, EA has introduced numerous gameplay improvements with this FC Mobile 25 January 2025 Update. This update will mainly address passing and defending improvements along with certain minor gameplay tweaks!
Pass Mastery
The Enhanced Passing System has been further improvised to enable players more control and fluidity in build-up play. Now you can better maneuver the ball into open spaces or execute precise passes in crowded areas.
Ground Through Passes will now assess the space and positioning of your teammates much better, thereby improving pass lead distance and preserving momentum. Additionally, your Regular Ground Passes will now become faster and more reliable and will deliver the pass directly to your teammate’s feet with full precision and avoid opponent defenders on the way.
Dynamic Defending
The defense has been upgraded to reward skill, accuracy, and timing. Stand Tackles have been further enhanced and now they will provide successful outcomes with the tackles causing opponents to stumble and lose the ball, thereby increasing the ball recovery chances. Additionally, the new and Improved ability to defend while chasing opponents from behind will allow more effective challenges.
Balancing Skill Moves in Head-to-Head
With this update, Stun effects post Skill Moves in H2H matches have now been adjusted, thereby ensuring a fair battle between the Dribbler and Defender. The Skill move balancing has been fine-tuned based on community feedback. The following skill moves will be affected by this adjustment:
- Heel to Heel
- Open Up Fake Shot
- Step Over and Exit
- Rainbow
- Flick distance has been shortened
Additionally, more Skill Moves such as Heel-to-heel and Open Fake Shots to be more in line with the Balance of Gameplay. This also signifies that the exit speed of certain skill moves will be adjusted to better balance gameplay.
Improved Referee decision-making to end halves and games
Yes! You heard it right, now the Referee will make better decisions while ending the game at both half and full-time. Therefore, now the ref won’t blow the whistle when you are running down the wing on the 90th-minute mark with the score tied 1-1. Gameplay now continues more seamlessly around half-time, preventing abrupt stops and ensuring a fair end to each half.
Introducing Snowy Weather
There’s a new snow weather effect available with this new update. Now you can play like a cold night in Stoke with the new winter effect in your upcoming matches! However, do remember Snow is only available for the PvE-based AI matches. Enjoy matches in the cold with the introduction of snowy weather conditions.
