The weapon does this by granting the user additional effects depending on the Elements of their party members. For each Cryo member, Citlali will get Elemental Mastery, and for each non-Cryo character on the team, she’ll get a Cryo DMG Bonus. While the DMG Bonus is mostly insignificant to her due to her being a support/shielder, the Elemental Mastery can be helpful. However, since most Citlali teams have her as the only Cryo, this doesn’t always work out too well. The other part of the passive that makes this such a good fit for her is how it grants allies with bonus EM. The amount given isn’t too great, but any bonus DMG on your hypercarry is welcome.

Another three-star weapon, the Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, or TTDS, is one of the best supportive weapons in the entire game, better than four-star (and occasionally, even five-star) options due to the immense buff it provides to any single character’s ATK stat, reaching 48 percent at higher refinements.

This buff works by switching out from the equipping character to another one, with the character being switched to receiving the buff. While the buff is one of the highest in the game, it can take a bit of getting used to, especially if the rotations don’t immediately make sense.

Starcaller’s Watch is Citlali’s signature and, as such, serves to be her best weapon. With other weapons, you have to decide between getting Elemental Mastery to buff her shield and damage, or supportive effects that benefit your team more. With Starcaller’s Watch, you gain both of these.

The weapon grants an Elemental Mastery main stat and then a passive that gives 100 more EM. Then, the weapon increases the damage dealt by any character protected by Citlali’s shield by 28 percent. This buff ends up being stronger than any other weapon-granted bonus in the game, making it Citlali’s uncontested best weapon.
