If you want to see, and potentially buy, Squid Game’s new Funko Pops but you’re carefully inching your way down this article through fear of season two spoilers, fear not, you’ll find none here. There might be a spoiler or two about season one, but it’s more than three years later so I think that’s probably fair. Squid Game’s Red Light Green Light Doll Is Coming To Monster High’s Skullector Series

Monster High’s Skullector Series welcomes a creepy new character just in time for Halloween.

Gi-hun, also known as Player 456 due to that being the number he is given when competing in Squid Game, is sporting a new look in season two. The character has had a haircut and his new Pop is standing on one leg with something balanced on the other that he’s holding up in front of him. I promised no spoilers and I meant it, so I can’t tell you what exactly that is on his foot.

I couldn’t tell you what it is if I wanted to since I’ve not made it to the point in season two where Gi-hun is playing whatever game it is his Pop is playing yet.

Squid Game Is Back On Netflix And At Funko

Welcome Back, Player 456

Joining Gi-hun in Squid Game’s Funko Pop collection is the Front Man. The overseer of the Squid Game wore a black mask to hide his identity through most of season one, revealing himself towards the end to his brother. The Front Man’s new Pop is caught in between the leader’s two realities as most of his face remains covered by the mask, but its design has him midway through removing it, or maybe putting it back on.

Squid Game – Player 456: Seong Gi-hun Funko Pop

Funko has created more Squid Game Funko Pops following the release of season two. This figure shows Gi-hun, also known as Player 456, with his new haircut, balancing something related to one of the game’s he has to play in season two on his foot.

  • Squid Game - Front Man Funko Pop.
Squid Game – Front Man Funko Pop

Despite how little we know about him, and his face being covered for most of the show, the Front Man is the face of Squid Game. The mysterious overseer has been turned into a Funko Pop following the rollout of season two which is now streaming on Netflix.

Both the Gi-hun and Front Man Funko Pops are available now through the links in the boxes above, and it seems unlikely they’ll be the last Squid Game figures we get from Funko. A lot more characters were given the Funko Pop treatment during season one, and Netflix has already confirmed Squid Game’s third and final season will be here before the end of 2025.

Squid Game’s return has also been celebrated via a crossover with Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6, although Netflix will be hoping the Funko Pops are better received than its CoD collab. Most of the feedback about Squid Game showing up in Black Ops 6 has been negative with players unimpressed by its cosmetics.

In Squid Game, a mysterious invitation to join a competition is sent to people at risk who are in dire need of money. Four hundred fifty-six participants from all walks of life are locked into a secret location where they play games to win 45.6 billion won. Games are selected from traditional Korean children’s games, such as Red Light and Green Light, but the consequence of losing is death. To survive, competitors must choose their alliances carefully – but the further they go in the competition, the more likely betrayal will rear its ugly head.
