Willard Outreach Faction is the best bang-for-your-buck police car in GTA Online. It is the only police vehicle to be based on Benny’s vehicle, Faction Custom. Despite primarily being a muscle car, this car handles pretty well.

The Caracara Pursuit is just a slightly better police variant of this vehicle. It has a much better top speed and performs better around the circuit.

In addition, players can take this vehicle off-road without any issue, making it easier to complete some of the Dispatch missions. Caracara Pursuit can also be equipped with the missile lock-on jammer. A completely kitted-out Caracara with bullbars, lights, etc. just looks very menacing.

While most police vehicles often feel like just reskins of the existing base vehicles, the Gauntlet Interceptor broke that mold. Unlike the Gauntlet Hellfire, the Gauntlet Interceptor is a less chaotic vehicle when it comes to handling. It doesn’t slide and is relieving to drive. However, the Gauntlet Interceptor has a lower top speed than the vehicle it is based on.

Still, it is fast in a straight line and has a decent launch. It has all the Gauntlet Hellfire customizations in addition to the police customizations, allowing players to make their Gauntlet Interceptor much more unique than the others.

Its top speed is just 0.5 mph more than the regular Terminus. It has a relatively bigger performance jump from the base variant to the police version than any other vehicle in the game. While the D10, which is also a very quick vehicle with a top speed of 130 mph, the D10 Pursuit can go up to 133 mph.
