For a period of time, Sue and Malice warred within Invisible Woman’s mind for dominance. Eventually, Sue merged Malice with herself in an effort to stop the conflict. When this resulted in angry outbursts and violent uses of her powers, Sue found a way to completely purge Malice from herself. NetEase Games posted a clip on Twitter announcing the arrival of Malice, the first skin coming to the game for Invisible Woman. The cosmetic shows off a darker side of the hero, much like Mister Fantastic’s Maker skin in Marvel Rivals. The Malice outfit features a more revealing costume with black leather and red accents. Spikes line her mask, shoulders, and thigh-high boots. She also has a split red cape that runs down her back. Players will be able to acquire the skin when Season 1 launches on January 10.
Marvel Rivals Reveals a New Invisible Woman Skin Called Malice
In a recent gameplay trailer for Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals, NetEase Games showed off the Strategist’s ability kit. From what was revealed, Invisible Woman has the ability to heal allies with her primary attack and give them a forward-facing shield to protect them from harm. Her ultimate ability creates a zone that also heals allies while making the area invisible, protecting allies from enemies who may attack from afar. While Strategists provide a lot of support, Invisible Woman is also able to dish out attacks, even using an ability that creates a tunnel to knock away foes.
In a recent presentation by the developers, NetEase Games announced that seasons are intended to last for approximately three months, with a major update coming six or seven weeks into the season. These mid-season updates are when players can expect to see new maps, characters, and even balance changes in Marvel Rivals. While Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman will make their debut alongside the launch of Season 1, gamers will need to wait for the mid-season update to play Human Torch and The Thing. With so much on the horizon for the popular hero shooter, many fans are excited to jump into Season 1 as soon as possible.
