To get the Artifact Transmuter, you’ll need to complete Chapter IV of the Embattle Tab in the Adventure Handbook. - Yellow Obsidian Ring: Found in Tequemecan Valley, in the Children of the Echoes region.
- Green Obsidian Ring: Found on Coatepec Mountain, near the Scions of Canopy waypoint.
- Azure Obsidian Ring: Found at Toyac Springs, near the People of the Springs waypoint.
3. Rewards and Exchanges
You can also earn some Elixirs by exchanging Pyro Sigils at the Tablet of Tona in Natlan. However, the number of Elixirs you can get this way is still very limited.

The severe limitations on Sanctifying Elixirs, combined with how much effort it takes to obtain them, make this tool far less useful than it should be. You’re better off farming domains for artifacts the traditional way, even if it’s time-consuming.
