Key Changes and Features: Four Elemental Powers
As always, the 3.6 update introduces a new theme mode in the game, with special new powers. The highlight of this update is the introduction of four elemental abilities, each with unique powers designed to change the way you approach combat:
-
Flaming Phoenix (Fire): In addition to the ability tied to fire, the Flaming Phoenix is a weapon players can use to cause large-scale fire damage in a targeted area. Once the timer runs out, the power resets, and you enter a cooldown period before using it again.
-
Aqua Dragon (Water): This defensive ability spawns a water dragon that creates a wide water barrier. While the barrier blocks the enemy’s view, reducing their ability to spot you, it doesn’t provide 100% protection. Characters, vehicles, bullets, and throwable items can pass through it, but it will reduce the damage from bullets that make it through. It’s especially useful when you’re stuck in a tricky situation.
-
Nature Spirit: This ability summons a deer spirit that can travel long distances. You can control the deer to scout enemy locations, spot hidden enemies, and more. Additionally, you can teleport to the deer’s position, allowing for quick maneuvers and surprise attacks, such as sneaking up on enemies from behind.
-
World Wind Tiger (Wind): A swift movement ability, the World Wind Tiger lets you ride a wind tiger across the sky on a floating cloud. During this ability, you cannot hold a gun or shoot, but a windshield protects you from the front and sides, blocking incoming gunfire and bullets.
New POI coming in PUBG Mobile Version 3.6 Update
-
Sanctum Area: A new location packed with exclusive loot, refined crates, and mythical creatures. This area is designed to provide high-risk, high-reward encounters.
-
Floating Islands: To enjoy these islands, you have to walk over wooden bridges and glide from your area’s appropriate end. The floating islands are vertical and encourage exploration, taking great inspiration from fantasy settings like Avatar.
Panda Vehicle
A unique rideable companion that offers speed boosts and defensive modes. The Panda can be transformed to assist in both combat and tactical movement, making it an ideal partner in intense firefights.
Gliders
For longer-distance travel, gliders allow players to explore the map quickly and efficiently, making it easier to navigate large terrains without the risk of ground-based combat.
Note: As this update is still in its beta phase, players can expect additional changes and improvements before the final official launch.
The PUBG Mobile 3.6 update will change how players approach combat and strategy with new elemental abilities. Powers like the Aqua Dragon and World Wind Tiger add fresh mechanics and strategic depth to battles. The Floating Islands for exploring and the Panda Vehicle to improve combat strategy are among the novel features included in the upgrade.
