NieR: Automata has been out for many years now, and with that comes many DLC and new editions of the game. Should you choose to buy the game physically, there’s a chance you can get your hands on the base game, but buying it digitally will give you different options.
The two major editions of the game players can jump into are the Game Of The YoRHa edition and the End Of The YoRHa edition, with there being a few slight differences between the two. Here are the differences between each edition so you know which one is right for you.

Game Of The YoRHa vs End Of The YoRHa Edition In NieR: Automata
The biggest difference between these two editions is the consoles they are available on, so you won’t see both of these editions available on any one console:
- Game Of The YoRHa edition – Playstation & PC
- End Of The YoRHa edition – Nintendo Switch
Looking at just the base game, the End Of The YoRHa edition has optional motion controls that change a few inputs when playing the game, along with touchscreen support when playing the game in handheld mode. Aside from that, both editions of the game come with the full base game and the first DLC called 3C3C1D119440927. This DLC comes with the following content:
- Revealing Outfit for 2B
- Young Man’s Outfit for 9S
- Destroyer’s Outfit for A2
- 3 Challenge Arenas with multiple tiers of difficulty and quests tied to each one.
- A new secret boss
End Of The YoRHa Edition Unique Content
Only on Nintendo Switch is an additional DLC that can be purchased when playing the End Of The YoRHa edition called 6C2P4A118680823 which has to be purchased separately. This DLC includes the following costumes some from NieR: Replicant:

In terms of story and gameplay, both editions of the game come with the full game, with all its endings, and the DLC that adds gameplay to the game. The End of The YoRHa edition does let players buy an additional DLC, but it is only cosmetics, so you won’t be missing out on much if you buy the Game Of The YoRHa edition.

What Is The Become As Gods Edition For NieR: Automata
