The game has even worked its way into collaborations with clothing brands through its newest cosmetics, introducing brands like Nike and Air Jordan to Fortnite. Now, a fan-favorite superhero cosmetic has come back to the shop for a limited time.
Superhero series have become a mainstay of Fortnite‘s cosmetics, with a variety of iconic heroes from DC and Marvel brought to the game. Fortnite has regularly featured grand crossovers with Marvel franchises to celebrate new movies, even adding new gameplay mechanics and guns to the game for the collaborations. Superheroes like Batman and Catwoman have featured multiple different variants based on alternate iterations of the characters, like “The Batman Who Laughs” and “Rebirth Harley Quinn.” One of DC’s classic characters has now finally returned to the Fortnite shop after over a year.

Fortnite has officially brought the Wonder Woman skin back to the shop after an extended absence for the fan-favorite female superhero. Prominent community member HYPEX confirmed the skin had returned to the shop after a 444-day-long absence, last appearing in October 2023. The skin’s return also brought back the Athena’s Battleaxe pickaxe skin alongside the Golden Eagle Wings glider, both available separately and as a bundle within Fortnite. Fans can pick up Fortnite‘s Wonder Woman skin for 1,600 V-Bucks with the full cosmetic bundle discounted to 2,400 V-Bucks.
Fortnite Brings Back Wonder Woman Skin After Over a Year
The return of the Wonder Woman skin follows a plethora of popular DC skins coming back to the battle royale. December saw multiple popular DC skins return to the game, including beloved characters like Starfire and Harley Quinn becoming available once again. The release of Fortnite’s Japanese-themed Chapter 6 Season 1 also saw two new skins featuring alternate versions of characters, with Ninja Batman and Karuta Harley Quinn brought to the battle royale.
Fortnite‘s returning DC skins come as the battle royale has plenty more on the way for its newest competitive season. The Japanese theming of Fortnite‘s newest season has led to multiple crossovers with Japanese media properties, bringing back Fortnite‘s Dragon Ball skins for a limited time. Fortnite will also introduce a Godzilla skin later this month, with a Demon Slayer crossover rumored to come at a later date. Fortnite‘s newest returning skin will once again give fans the chance to pick up cosmetics for one of the most iconic female superheroes.
