In the December 2024 Feybreak update, Palworld introduced a variety of new Alpha Pal enemies for players to battle on the island. As an endgame location, all Alpha Pals on Feybreak Island are around level 52-60, presenting a tremendous challenge if you arrive unprepared. One such powerful Alpha Pal is Splatterina, found deep within a hidden tunnel.

Where To Find Splatterina In Palworld

Palworld - Splatterina Tunnel Location

To find Splatterina, first travel to the Oculus Gate, Tower in Sight fast travel point on Feybreak Island. From there, head west to locate the Bloodstained Tunnel at coordinates -1203, -1386.

Using a flying mount can make reaching these coordinates faster, but ensure you disable the Anti-Air Turret near the fast travel point beforehand.

Palworld - Splatterina Location

Venture deep into the Bloodstained Tunnel to find the Splatterina Alpha Pal boss resting inside a cavern.

The normal variant of Splatterina can be found across Feybreak Island during nighttime. If you’re only looking to catch a Splatterina, there’s no need to face its Alpha Pal variant.

Splatterina is a level 58 Alpha Pal and a Dark-type humanoid wielding a cleaver. Despite its melee weapon, most of its attacks are ranged, demanding excellent dodging skills. Here are some tips to help you beat the Splatterina boss in Palworld.

Use Strong Dragon-type Pals

As a Dark-type, Splatterina is weak to Dragon-type Pals and will take increased damage from Dragon attacks. Bring strong Pals like Jetragon
, Quivern
, or even Chillet
if your roster lacks high-level options. Chillet is especially effective, as it converts your attacks into Dragon types while riding it. A party comprising one Chillet for attack conversion and four Gobfin
for an attack boost through their passive skill can be highly effective.

Master Dodging Mechanics

Splatterina’s moves, including the exclusive Grudge Barrage, require precise dodging. While some attacks are unavoidable at close range, maintaining distance simplifies the fight. Palworld’s dodge mechanic allows most attacks to be avoided by rolling sideways. Here are some common attacks used by Alpha Splatterina during the fight:

  • Nightmare Ball: Fires a homing ball of darkness. Dodge into the ball to avoid being hit.
  • Grudge Barrage: Splatterina teleports to slash at you, then teleports above to launch a plunge attack. Begin running left or right as soon as Splatterina teleports away to dodge this move.
  • Umbral Surge: Releases multiple projectiles in a fan pattern. Roll forward when the projectiles approach to dodge them.
