Summary
- FS 25 offers three diverse maps with various lots to buy and farm on, and one of them is Hutan Pantai.
- Lot Seven is spacious, expensive, and ideal for large-scale crop production.
- Lot Thirty is affordable, small, manageable, and a good starting point for beginners.
Farming Simulator 25 is an upgrade from the previous entries in many respects, and is quite a large game, both mechanically and in terms of landmass. There are three different maps available to choose from, and all of those maps have tons of different lots available to buy and farm.
Starting out in Farming Simulator 25 can be a little slow-going. It can take a little bit to build up a good amount of money, and oftentimes, you’ll be spending the money you do earn on new equipment to farm more efficiently. But, choosing the right lot to start your farm on can be just as important.

Lot Seven
Perfect For An Ambitious Beginning
Lot seven is one of, if not the biggest, lot available in terms of square footage. It’s also one of the most expensive, coming in at €477,192 overall. This might seem prohibitive for a starting farm, but you can start with more than 1,000,000 to begin with, making this an accessible start, even if it’s an ambitious one. (Not to mention, you can use cheat codes to give yourself the footing you want to start with, monetarily.)
Lot Seven is also in pretty close proximity to the city, making city stops very easy to manage.
The strength of this start comes if you’re really planning on committing to growing, and harvest, a lot of crops. This is possibly the best large plot for the endeavor, taking into account its rectangular shape. Long passes means you don’t have to turn around and do as many passes overall when sowing, harvesting, and whatever else you end up needing to do in your field.
Compared to Lot Two, which is square, and would require a lot of turning around, making it end up taking quite a bit longer.

Lot Thirty
Small And Manageable
Lot 30 is the polar opposite of Lot Seven; it’s tiny in comparison, and a bit more removed from the central portion of the map. But because of this, it’s also quite a bit cheaper, costing €43,824 to purchase. This is a much smaller commitment, especially in the early-going, and makes for a farm that you can take care of on your own, without needing any additional help in the farm of hiring other farmhands.
Lot 30 also has plenty of other small and medium lots to expand into. You can take your time, take care of Lot 30 all on its own for a while, or go all in and purchase it and the surrounding lots right away. If you go this route, you’ll have plenty of different fields to grow different things, without any of them being too massive of an undertaking.
3
Lot Twenty-Two
Close To The City, Close To The Water
Lot 22 has the advantage of being the closest lot available to the city, making trips to and from the city maximally convenient. It’s a more medium-sized lot, priced at €112,392. For the location and size, that’s a pretty decent price, and isn’t too big of an ask, even when starting out.
With its size and location, this is going to be one of the easiest lots to take care of. Many of the places you’re going to be making trips to are extremely close to the lot. To help further for beginners, the lot isn’t so big that it’s unmanageable, and it’s a mostly rectangular shape, making it optimal for maneuvering with your tractor.
2
Lot Forty-Four
On The Outskirts, But Near The Animal Dealer
For players looking to make regular trips to the Animal Dealer, it can be a bit of a drive from some of the lots, and if you aren’t someone who fast travels, it’s going to eat up quite a bit of your time. With Lot 44, the Animal Dealer is just a short walk away, and it’s only a medium-priced lot, coming in at €251,016 overall.
The upside of this lot is for players that are making regular trips to the Animal Dealer; but, if you’re looking to make regular trips into the city, this lot is going to be a detriment to you. While it’s a simple, straight drive, the city is as far from Lot 44 as any lot on the map. But, it has adjacent lots to expand into, and those other lots are of a similar size and shape to Lot 44, making them easy to incorporate into your plans.
1
Lot Fifty
Perfect For The Lumberjacks Among Us
For anyone looking to put a heavy emphasis on forestry right from the get-go, Lot 50 is going to be one of the premiere options. While Lot 80 has a closer proximity to town, Lot 50 has a wider square footage, and is basically right next to the Sawmill, making log transportation extremely easy.
This lot is the most expensive one on this list, coming in at €564,336 overall. But, with the right start, this is a perfect launching point for your forestry operation. If you don’t want to make that big of a commitment in the early-going, there are other lots very close for farming, and you can save up doing that over time before you bite the bullet and grab Lot 50.
