Amazon Prime subscribers can grab two indie titles – Eastern Exorcist and The Bridge – for free as Prime Gaming brings some early additions to its 2025 lineup of giveaways. 2024 was a big year for Amazon in terms of gaming, thanks to the release of the video game adaptation anthology Secret Level and a slew of limited-time free downloads. Just a few days into 2025, the company is keeping that streak going with another giveaway for Prime users.
The company that made a name for itself with free shipping is starting to gain a reputation for free games, too. In December 2024, Prime Gaming added 10 free titles to celebrate the premiere of Secret Level, and while season one of the show may be over, it seems Amazon is not done giving away downloads to its subscribers. While its latest drop isn’t quite that large, having more games to play without paying is always welcome.

Like all free games on Prime, players who download Eastern Exorcist and The Bridge will be able to keep and play them forever, so long as they claim them in time. Prime subscribers can also play a selection of free titles on Amazon Luna, the company’s cloud gaming platform, although these are not available forever like the downloads are.

The black-and-white, M.C. Escher-inspired world offers mind-bending and complicated puzzles for fans who’d rather think than fight their way through a game.
In bringing two new free titles to Prime Gaming so early in 2025, Amazon is doubling down on its ventures into the video game industry. On top of releasing Secret Level, Amazon adapted Fallout into a fan-favorite show and has significantly expanded its library of games on both Prime Gaming and Luna. The Amazon-published New World: Aeternum is also starting its seventh season on January 21, 2025, and the company is working on a TV adaptation of Mass Effect. While the year is still young, it’s shaping up to be another big one for Amazon’s video game endeavors.
