How To Craft The Legendary Forge
You will need four different ingredients to craft the Legendary Forge:
While rubies and iron can be found in the Dry Valley and Frostlands respectively, Rift Crystals and Shards can be a bit harder to collect.
Rift Crystals can be found from three main sources, Storm Dungeons, Storm Enemies, and Raven’s Hideout. Rift Crystals can drop from Storm Dungeon chests, as well as the enemies lurking around and inside. Additionally, defeating Raven and opening the rewarded chest can drop Rift Crystals.
Rift Shards are most reliably dropped from Golems, powerful enemies found on the Lost Isles. Be careful though, as they pack quite a punch and can overpower you if you aren’t prepared.
Rift Shards can also be dropped as a reward from feeding Mama Klombo Klomberries on the Lost Isle, but they are significantly rarer.
How To Use The Legendary Forge
Once you’ve got your Legendary Forge, upgrading items is easy. Simply bring any Epic tool to the forge and select which one you’d like to upgrade, costing three Rift Crystals each. After upgrading, you’ll notice that the tool isn’t legendary yet; you’ve still got one step to go.
How To Make A Tool Legendary
In order to make your now-rifted tool into a legendary, you must use the item a certain amount of times to fill the progress bar at the bottom, replacing the durability bar. This takes quite a long time, so be prepared for a grind. Once you are done, it will automatically upgrade to Legendary.
