Completing Tutorial Quests
Tutorial Quests Can Offer Rewards With Little Effort Required
When first playing LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, there are four tutorial quests available. These quests are relatively easy and designed to introduce players to the game and its mechanics. These four quests are unique from other quests found in Fortnite because of the fact they reward an entire Battle Pass level rather than XP alone. This fact makes them well worth the effort as they can be completed in one session.
Quest |
How To Complete |
Reward |
---|---|---|
Build a crafting bench in a Survival World |
|
1 LVL |
Create and play in a Sandbox World |
|
1 LVL |
Find and enter a cave in a Survival World |
|
1 LVL |
Get a village rating of 4 in a Survival World |

Although these quests can be completed quickly and painlessly, they do not reset and cannot be completed a second time. Regardless, they are considered well worth the effort, seeing as a player can increase their Battle Pass by four levels in one session.

Completing LEGO Fortnite Questlines
Progressing Through The Questlines Offers Significant XP
Though players can kickstart their Battle Pass journey by completing tutorial quests, their questing doesn’t stop there. Since the mode’s launch, new questlines like the Getting Started and Battle Bus quests have been added to LEGO Fortnite Odyssey specifically. Similar to Battle Royale quests, LEGO Fortnite questlines can be tackled rather casually by simply playing the game, or tracked for extra guidance.

Completing all questlines can bank players with some serious XP. For instance, the Battle Bus questline offers 2,000 XP per mini-quest, totaling 12,000 XP by completing all 6. Furthermore, quests are regularly introduced with major updates, providing ample opportunities to level up further. Players should also watch out for event quests like those from the LEGO Fortnite and Star Wars collaboration. These additional quests offer even more XP but are only around for a limited time.
Players can view their available quests via the Quests tab in the main lobby, or during their play session.

Completing Weekly & Daily Quests
Weekly & Daily Quests Rewards Consistent XP
The next major way that players can earn XP fast is through completing LEGO Fortnite Odyssey Weekly Quests. While Weekly Quests used to simply reward players with Studs toward their LEGO Fortnite Pass, this has since been changed to XP rewards to allow players to level up all of their Passes simultaneously. Weekly Quests, as players might suspect, come out every week and, on average, each rewards players with 25,000 XP per quest completion.
Likewise, players can also complete Daily Quests in the same way, with such quests coming out every 24 hours. While each Daily Quest only offers 5,000 XP upon completion, completing them can also fulfill Global Daily Bonus Goals for even more XP—though these bonus goals are shared for all experiences excluding Fortnite: Save The World. Players can also work through Sandbox Daily Quests without much effort, and if players look below their available Daily Quests, they will find even more to complete, each rewarding 5,000 XP. LEGO Fortnite Brick Life also offers Daily Quests, allowing players to reel in XP no matter the mode they play.
Much like the previous quests, Daily & Weekly Quests can be found in the Quests tab in the main lobby, or during their play session.

Earn Playtime XP By Playing The Game
A Player Can Earn 4 Million XP Per Week
The final and most surefire way to earn XP in LEGO Fortnite is to simply play the game. Much like Creative, LEGO Fortnite offers playtime XP, which is rewarded every minute of playtime. In LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, players can expect to earn 2,900 XP per minute, whereas LEGO Fortnite Brick Life offers a lower sum of 2,300 XP per minute. As of right now, LEGO Fortnite Odyssey offers the most playtime XP per minute out of any Fortnite mode, making it an excellent way to level up fast.
While in previous updates the XP players could earn was capped at 420,000 XP in one day, this has since been increased to a weekly limit of 4 Million XP, which is the equivalent of roughly 50 Battle Pass levels. However, this cap is shared between Rocket Racing and Creative experiences, not just between LEGO Fortnite experiences. Of course, to earn playtime XP, players will need to be actively playing LEGO Fortnite, as being inactive will result in players being sent back to the lobby after 15 minutes.
