A Nintendo Switch player took to social media to share their collection of physical games for the hybrid system, all of which were Nintendo-published titles released between 2017 and 2024. The Switch player then organized each title for a picture and shared their collection with their peers on social media.

As it approaches its eighth year of availability in 2025, the Nintendo Switch family of systems has become one of Nintendo’s best-selling products of all time. Following the failure of the Wii U, the Switch was designed as a hybrid console that could be played in handheld or tabletop modes, or connected to a TV Dock to play games on a bigger screen. The popularity of the Switch and its library of games from franchises such as The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario, and Pokemon led it to overtake Sony’s PlayStation 2 as the best-selling console in North America. While the PS2 still holds the global console sales record at 160 million units, the Switch is not far behind at 146 million units sold.

Rumor: One of the Best Switch Games Could Be Getting a Switch 2 Upgrade

Rumor has it that one of the original Nintendo Switch’s biggest exclusives is getting a next-gen update for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 console.

While the Switch is home to several best-selling titles, one Nintendo fan shared an impressive collection of physical Nintendo-published games sold in North America. On the r/NintendoSwitch subreddit, a user named mybigfatreddit shared a picture of every single Nintendo-published game on the Switch and organized them alphabetically with a few differences. As of December 31, 2024, there are 113 Nintendo-published games released in North America on the Switch, though some were developed by companies such as Square Enix and Sega. The collection posted by mybigfatreddit also included each of the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con sets, and separate versions of Pokemon Sword and Shield and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet that had the base games and later releases that included their respective DLC expansions.

Additionally, mybigfatreddit said they intentionally organized The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom next to Breath of the Wild and Echoes of Wisdom rather than after Skyward Sword HD and sorted some Pokemon games by generational order. Although Nintendo’s next console will soon succeed the Switch, the current system still has four confirmed Nintendo-published titles slated to arrive in 2025. Donkey Kong Country Returns HD and Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition will be released in the first quarter of 2025, on January 16 and March 20 respectively.

However, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and Pokemon Legends: Z-A do not have definitive release dates at the time of writing. As rumors about the Nintendo Switch’s successor continue to make the rounds on social media, only time will tell when Nintendo will reveal more news.
