Marvel Rivals has announced a huge collaboration with three popular Marvel-themed mobile games namely Marvel Snap, Marvel Puzzle Quest, and Marvel Future Fight. Set to go live on January 3rd, 2025, all three mobile games alongside the hit shooter title from NetEase Games will be getting plenty of in-game events to cherish.
Marvel Rivals mobile collaboration will make way for many themed events
If you do not know about Marvel Rivals, it is a third-person PC and Console game developed by NetEase Games in partnership with Marvel Games and released this December 2024. It is a 6v6 hero shooter that puts you in matches featuring Marvel characters and multiple maps.
On the other hand, Marvel Snap, Marvel Puzzle Quest, and Marvel Future Fight are the three mobile titles here, which are of multiple genres. While details about the collaboration are kept under wraps, you can expect to have some exclusive in-game content that will most likely be some sort of themed event, character skins, or special challenges that will tie in with the crossover.
Something I am curious about is if there’s a more in-depth collab. The collaboration might introduce shared rewards or missions which would give us a reason to explore all four games and celebrate the Marvel universe together. But again, since these are all from different publishers, I am a bit skeptical, but the Marvel Universe connection might make it happen.
