- Sera – After witnessing the first big cutscene in Val Royeaux, you can find an arrow in the ground in the plaza. Examine it, and then you will be instructed to find red items in three locations. Once you’ve done that, head to the Secluded Courtyard to find Sera and recruit her.
- Vivienne – Shortly after reaching Val Royeaux, a messenger will attempt to get your attention. Speak to them to unlock the Ghislain Estate on the map. Go there to meet and recruit Vivienne.
- Blackwall – After finishing The Threat Remains quest, you will be able to find Blackwall in the Hinterlands.
- Iron Bull – At some point, Krem will appear in your camp. Talk to him, then head to the Storm Coast. Once there, you can find Iron Bull on the beach and recruit him.
- Dorian – Depending on whether you side with the Templars or Mages, you can either recruit him in the In Hushed Whispers quest or the From The Ashes quest.

You can upgrade weapons just outside the front gate in Haven and in the Undercroft at Skyhold.

Peerless
Level up the Inquisition to rank 10.
You level up the Inquisition rank by doing things such as acquiring agents, completing quests, closing rifts, acquiring camps, and more. It will take a while to reach rank 10, but it isn’t too much of a grind.
People Person
Become friends with at least three of your inner circle in one playthrough.
There isn’t a meter in the game to show how much approval you have with each individual character. So, you just have to keep speaking to your companions and doing things for them. Hopefully, you will eventually become friends.
