Infamous Second Son is the best game in the series in terms of pure gameplay, although some feel like this title suffered in other departments. This should take nothing away from the magic of this game when everything clicks in a combat scenario.
It helps that Delsin has four unique powers to choose from that let him take out his enemies in style. Concrete may be a bit of an afterthought that arrives at the very end of the game, but the other powers (especially Neon) are fun to mess around with as players take out waves of enemies with Delsin’s unique abilities.
