Marvel Rivals Team Proves Even The Strangest Compositions Can Get The Job Done
As the Marvel Rivals community discovers the game’s strongest heroes, one player does the unexpected and wins a match with an unlikely team.
This time Redditor RedNinja29 showed how the Punisher died without having the chance to use his ultimate after trying to execute a fancy play. In the clip they shared, the Marvel Rivals character prepares to attack the opposing team. They then use one of the Punisher’s abilities to advance faster across the map and try to activate the character’s ultimate when they reach a certain point. But the result is comically tragic, with Frank Castle falling off the map without even being able to start the skill animation properly.
Momentum Kills The Punisher in Hilarious Marvel Rivals Clip
With Vantage Connection, the Punisher uses a cable to move quickly around the Marvel Rivals map. Because of the momentum created by the ability and the short distance traveled, the player didn’t have a chance to activate the ult, Final Judgment. The clip is even funnier with Frank saying “judge” in his typical serious tone just before dying in a silly fall. In addition to the amused reactions, the comments section suggested that the Punisher could have used a grenade to stop the momentum created by the cable and then activate the ult from inside the smoke, preventing the fall.
Playing Marvel Rivals as the Punisher brings the typical shooter experience since Frank Castle is armed to the teeth with all sorts of firearms to judge his opponents. Although the execution of the ult in the clip backfired, if done correctly, Final Judgment will turn the character into a human tank with two Gatling guns and a missile launcher. Another aspect of his kit that stands out is the deployable turret, which helps protect him and dish out damage.
