Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl features a huge variety of artifacts with varying benefits and downsides, all having unique designs that make them distinct from each other. Among all the artifacts, the Eye has to be one of the most unique-looking ones due to its odd glowing shape and frequently contracting pupil, giving it an organic structure. It’s an artifact that you can try farming for in thermal anomalies, but if you’re looking to add this to your collection quickly, there’s a way to do that.

How to Get the Eye Artifact in Stalker 2
After players return from visiting the Clear Sky Base in the Ad Astra Per Aspera main mission in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, they’ll receive a radio transmission from a stalker nearby asking to come in and chat. The NPC is named Kemarik, and he’s located right next to the Circus, which is on your way while returning from the base. Approach him and his band of stalkers, and depending on your dialog with him, you can get the Eye artifact. Here’s what you need to do.
Sharing Clear Sky Base Directions with Kemarik
After reaching Kemarik’s location, he’ll start a conversation with Skif about his safe return from the Swamps. After that, the conversation shifts to him asking about how Skif managed to reach the Clear Sky Base in the first place. Simply respond with “Nimble Helped Me,” to further the conversation.
Kemarik’s intentions behind asking about Clear Sky Base gradually become clearer as he starts asking if Skif had managed to find any valuable loot there. Your response here can be anything, but you could choose to simply entertain his notion of Clear Sky Base being a place of great loot by selecting “Yeah, there’s good loot there.”
Receiving the Eye Artifact as a Reward
Once the conversation concludes, Kemarik will ask Skif if he can share the directions to the Clear Sky Base. Here, players can either antagonize Kemarik, leading to a fight with him and his band of stalkers, or can opt to comply and share the directions. Doing the latter will earn Skif a reward as Kemarik will give up the Eye artifact to Skif and then ask his crew to head for the Clear Sky Base.
Although the Eye artifact only offers weak thermal protection against weak radioactive side effects, it’s one of the coolest-looking artifacts to keep in your collection.
