During your journey in the kingdom of Aldor, you will come across various types of enemies lurking around every corner. Fortunately, Stoneshard has a long list of weapons that you can take on your adventure and get past the opponents that you will be facing. These weapons are divided into various categories, ranging from those that you need both hands to carry to the ones that you can hit your enemies with from a safe distance.

If you do not want both of your hands occupied by a single weapon and want to pair it up with something else, there are plenty of effective one-handed weapons that you can acquire in the Ink Stains Games title.

Guardsman Broadsword
A major misconception among Stoneshard players is that one-handed swords are not worth equipping simply because they do not deal enough damage for them to be productive in battle, but the Guardsman Broadsword proves all of that wrong. Sure, the fumble chance that comes with it can be quite daunting, but it encompasses some of the strongest slashing damage in the game and has stats that can come in handy in various situations.
From a significant chance to deal critical damage to making your enemies bleed, the Guardsman Broadsword has a lot going for it. It is important to note that you cannot just buy it from the merchants present; the sword has to be acquired from a boss chest in one of the late-game dungeons.
If you don’t want to carry a shield with your sword, try to unlock the Right on Target skill from the Warfare tree; it will grant you additional damage bonuses to make the Guardsman Broadsword even more effective.
7
Knightly Axe
Similar to how the Knightly variants of the two-handed weapons present in Stoneshard are some of the best to wield, the tradition continues in the one-handed weapon space as well. Although the axes are quite strong already, the Knightly Axe has amazing armor penetration capabilities and more up its sleeve. Rivaling even the unique one-handed axes in the game, the Knightly Axe utilizes its critical damage bonus perfectly. Not only does it have high body part damage on its own, but it comes with fruitful critical efficiency that serves as a great combination.
The only real downside to using the Knightly Axe is that it requires a bit too many skill energy points. But with a weapon as strong as this, there is not much else that you will need to completely devour your enemies.
6
Knightly Flail
The maces are some of the strongest weapons available in Stoneshard, regardless of whether they need both hands to wield or just one. Combined with the Knightly attributes, the Knightly Flail stands out as a great choice if you want to inflict maximum crushing damage and wreak havoc on your opponents. Of course, the major trade-offs that come with the weapon are its relatively lower accuracy and a higher fumbling chance than you would like. But considering that it already has quite a potent daze and critical chance, it works wonders when you manage to land a critical hit on your enemies and get that sweet daze bonus.

5
Assassin Dagger
If you are opting for a one-handed weapon build in Stoneshard, the daggers are some of the most fun choices that you can go for. They may be much smaller than swords but more than make up for it with outstanding stats. There aren’t many negatives to using the Assassin Dagger to make your way across Aldor. Aside from having higher piercing damage than its unique counterparts, it also gets rid of the chance to fumble with incredible accuracy to ensure that the hits do not miss the enemies.
Put that together with the critical damage efficiency and chance that it comes with, which only increases once the critical hits actually land, the Assassin Dagger will take you a long way thanks to its relatively high durability as well.
Try to use the Assassin Dagger without a shield, but make sure that you are investing in your Agility and Elusiveness to steer clear of any incoming danger.
4
Radiant Sword
The biggest advantage of going for a one-handed build in Stoneshard is that you can also carry a shield in the other hand. But just in case you are going for a more offensive approach and decide to ditch the shield, it is important to keep your defense in check as well. Thankfully, the unique Radiant Sword provides you with the best of both worlds. Aside from having high slashing damage, there are various ways in which it helps you out defensively as well, ranging from block and counter chances to power and recovery so that you can avoid taking too much damage yourself.
Add the Sacred magic attributes that come with it, and you have yourself a powerful weapon that can kill your enemies and restore your own energy simultaneously, making it one of the best one-handed swords in the game.
3
Baron Axe
Finding a one-handed axe in Stoneshard that is not only strong but also does not cost too much energy to use can be quite difficult. But the Baron Axe comes through with extremely high slashing damage and much less cooldown time to ensure that both of those conditions are met perfectly. The axe also has the highest durability when compared to the other weapons in its category, so you do not have to worry too much about it giving out on you at any stage of the game.

Since fumbling is also something that you want to avoid while fighting enemies, which can leave you open to attacks. The Baron Axe gets rid of that problem and, combined with its ability to deal both armor and body part damage, has all the qualities of a trusty weapon.
2
Voivod Mace
If you don’t want to constantly switch your weapons due to them breaking down on you, the Voivod Mace has the highest durability in its category to take you far and wide across the kingdom of Aldor. This makes it a tough option that can be used against many enemy types regardless of the level of your game. Its durability flows well into its offensive capabilities, dealing some of the best armor penetration and body part damage that the one-handed axes have to offer.
The only real drawback that comes with the weapon is that you will need more skill energy points to use it. But with its daze and stagger chances in combat, your enemies will barely get an opening to attack you anyway, making the Voivod Mace an amazing one-handed weapon to wield.
1
Ceremonial Dagger
The daggers in Stoneshard mostly just have piercing damage, but the Ceremonial Dagger stands out in its category as one that can also inflict magical Sacred damage as well, making it an enjoyable weapon to wield in various scenarios. It also has the highest bleed chance that can be dealt by a dagger, and along with its accurate armor penetration and body part damage abilities, the Ceremonial Dagger showcases that its combat utility is just as great as its artistic aesthetic.
Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, the Ceremonial Dagger also has a small miracle chance, which works quite effectively in tandem with its magic and critical damage attributes, making it one of the most diverse and productive weapons to have on you.
