Vikings Esports has rebranded to MGN Vikings Esports.
The new Pacific League explained
The LCP is set to start with the Season Kickoff on January 18, 2025. The new format will see the eight teams compete in a single round robin of Bo3 matches, using the “Hard Fearless Draft”, where champions can only be picked once by either team during the series.
The top six teams will advance to the Qualifying Series, a double-elimination bracket using Hard Fearless Draft to determine the LCP representative of the new LoL International tournament, First Stand. The schedule will be as follows:
- LCP 2025 Season Kickoff Round Robin – January 18 – February 16, 2025
- LCP 2025 Season Kickoff Qualifying Series – February 19 – 23, 2025.
