This evil faerie has a few tricks up her sleeve.
Meeting with Merida is the beginning of a beautiful and brave relationship that fights against the villains in the Vale. Here’s everything you need to know to solidify your bond and celebrate her vibrant and hearty heritage in your village. Once you complete her level ten friendship quest, you’ll officially be best friends and earn one-of-a-kind rewards.
How To Get Merida And Scrooge’s Banners
Before you can start this quest, you’ll need to reach friendship level ten with Merida and have completed all of her previous friendship quests. You’ll also need to have unlocked Tiana and welcomed her to your village.
Talk to Merida once these conditions are met to start the quest. She wants to celebrate her heritage in the village with her friends and asks you to make the arrangements. Talk to Scrooge McDuck about the celebration to get all the new furniture items you need to decorate with.
Scrooge McDuck will give them to you for free, but asks you to put up some of his own clan banners in exchange.
Open your furniture menu and place all ten of the Clan DunBroch banners around the Storybook Vale. When you’re done, return to Merida to tell her the good news.
Make sure you have the Scot’s Banquet Supplies box in your inventory when you talk to her. Hand it over and get ready for the next steps to prepare the festivities.
How To Make Salt-Baked Sea Wolf
The next part of planning is cooking the right meals. Merida isn’t a professional chef, so she enlisted Tiana’s help. Check your mailbox for the recipe to make Salt-Baked Sea Wolf.
You’re tasked with preparing three servings of the dish, so you’ll need to catch three Sea Wolf fish from the Bind and collect three Salt Crystals from the Everafter.
If you need help with the recipe, make sure to read the book Tiana sent you.
Put everything together at your cooking station, then bring the meals to Merida. She’ll give you everything you need to set up the banquet. Open your furniture menu and place the Scot’s Banquet Setup.
When you close the menu, you’ll start the gathering immediately. Several villagers will gather around the festivities so you can take a commemorative photo.
Afterward, talk to Merida to see how she’s doing. There’s one more thing she wants you to check on, since she can’t do it herself.
You can also chat with Scrooge to see if he enjoyed the party.
How To Make Merida’s Fate Tapestry
Merida asks you to check in with the Lorekeeper since they share a close bond, yet the Lorekeeper couldn’t attend due to being a stationary book on a pedestal. Talk with her to learn that she’s perfectly fine, but she needs your help to make a gift for Merida.
You’ll need to gather the following materials to help craft Merida’s Fate Tapestry:
- Petrified Wood (20)
- Pine Cone (10)
- Topaz (8)
Everything can be found in the Bind!
Once you have the materials, head to your Crafting Station to make the gift for Merida. After it’s done, take it to Merida, then follow her to talk with the Lorekeeper.
Chat with Merida once it’s all over to receive a special outfit unique to her, which allows you to show your Scottish pride around the village!
