Here’s a summary of the current, next, and past banners in Infinity Nikki.

Most materials in Infinity Nikki are easy to find and can be obtained simply by walking around Miraland. However, some items are exclusively found in only one spot, making it difficult to discover. For that, this article will list the hardest and rarest materials to get in Infinity Nikki.

10

Scarfmoth & Scarf Worm

scarfmoth - hardest material to get in infinity nikki rarest items

Scarfmoth and Scarf Worm are both available around Stoneville and Abandoned District. While they’re not the rarest material in Infinity Nikki, they can be tricky to catch.

Scarf Worm hides underground, so players must spot some dug holes to know where they are. After locating the holes, wait for a few seconds until the Worms pop out. Be quick and catch them with the Bug-Catching Outfit before the Scarf Worm hides in their holes again. Not only for its constant hiding, Scarf Worm’s home often comes with many holes in one area, requiring players to keep an eye on all of them at once. Not to mention that the holes aren’t the easiest to spot, especially if the game’s graphics are set on low.

Meanwhile, Scarfmoth is a beautiful purple moth that’s always flying on high ground, whether it’s up the stone cliffs or on a house’s roof. They’re solitary and hard to spot during the day, so it’s highly recommended to pass to nighttime in Infinity Nikki before hunting the purple bugs.

Socko

Socko is a purple-rarity material in Infinity Nikki. They’re easily spooked, which means players must sneak from quite a distance before they can catch these sock bugs. Not only are they hard to catch, but there are only seven Sockos around Florawish and the Breezy Meadows, meaning it’s not easy to stock them in high numbers.

Stern Belt

Esselings drops may look like a breeze to collect, that is until players get something called Stern Belt. Stylists can easily check their inventory and find many of the other Esselings’ drops, but the quantity of Stern Belt will be the lowest among them, if there’s any at all.

Stern Belt is obtainable from the Harsh Sssack, a snake-like Esseling that looks darker compared to the normal Sssack counterpart, which drops Tangled Ribbon. There are only a few spots in the Wishing Woods where players can find this Esseling, so it’s highly recommended to visit the locations daily to ensure there won’t be a lack of this material in the future.

7

Ribbon Eel

Ribbon Eel is not a purple-rarity material like the Socko, but it’s harder to get than the bug. In the game, there are only two guaranteed spots for this fish, but players can find one or two extra throughout the Breezy Meadows fishing spots.

Lamp Fish

Similar to Ribbon Eel, Lamp Fish are also rare, although it’s only marked as a blue-rarity. According to its description, it’s only found in caves, which makes it difficult to hunt, since there aren’t many fishing spots inside caves. The two guaranteed places to get Lamp Fish are in the cave southwest of the Well of Fortune waypoint (southeast of the Secret Base Warp Spire); and north of the Wish Pass Office Warp Spire. Players can also try their luck in other cave-like spots like the ripple right by the Well of Fortune waypoint.

Like other materials, fishing spots respawn after 24 hours, which means players can use their Fishing Ability Outfit to collect this item daily.

5

Night Velvet, Rose Velvet, And Bibcoon Furball

Night and Rose Velvet in Infinity Nikki are similar in rarity to the Bibcoon Furball. All three items are unique from only one animal, where Night and Rose Velvets are obtainable from the swans in Swan Gazebo, whereas only one Bibcoon is hanging outside the Bibcoon’s Chuckle Club in Florawish town.

Wishful Aurosa is the first Miracle Outfit players can get in Infinity Nikki; here’s how to craft the Elegant 5-star outfit.

Although they’re fairly easy to collect, given they don’t get spooked and can be approached easily, the fact that Stylists can only get one material per day means it’s necessary to grind every 24 hours to stock up on their drops.

4

Bullquet Felt & Bustlefly

bullquet felt - hardest material to get in infinity nikki rarest items

Bullquet Felt and Bustlefly both exist in the Bullquet Habitat in Infinity Nikki. Before players can groom the Bullquet, they must first collect the Bustlefly flying around its head to calm it down. Next, simply switch to the Animal-Grooming Outfit to be rewarded with its Bullquet Felt.

The Deep Into the Forest quest is related to the Bullquet; it can be started by going to the blue exclamation mark west of the Lakeside Hill Lane Warp Spire (northeast of Abandoned Fanatic Wisher Camp Outpost).

Afterward, if it’s currently daytime, players can switch to nighttime to spawn more Bustlefly. Unlike the ones bothering the Bullquet, these bugs will fly peacefully around the habitat and the side of the road leading to the Bullquet.

3

Astral Feather

Astral Feather is another purple-rarity material obtainable from the legendary creature called Astral Swan. This animal resides in the Stellar Fishing Ground of the Abandoned District.

Unlike the Bullquet and Dawn Fox, Astral Swan doesn’t need any special requirements before players can groom it. It’s also not easily spooked, so approach freely and brush the animal to obtain its Astral Feather.

2

Dawn Fluff

To get the Dawn Fluff in Infinity Nikki, players must find the Dawn Fox in one special place in the Wishing Woods. This majestic creature is easily spooked and will go into hiding if players approach it rashly, even if they sneak slowly while using the Animal-Grooming outfit.

Players can play with the Dawn Fox after brushing it, which plays an adorable little cutscene.

Instead, use the Shrinking Outfit and hold onto Momo while approaching the Dawn Fox before quickly switching to the Animal-Grooming outfit to brush it. If the Dawn Fox gets scared and hides in its little den, simply shrink once more and wait for a minute or two until it comes out of its den.

1

Tulletail

tulletail - hardest material to get in infinity nikki rarest items

Like other legendary creatures in this list, the Tulletail is also only available in one spot, which is the heart of the Stellar Fishing Ground. Head to the bridge and find the ripple under the bridge where players must look north, and cast the fishing line. Exhaust all the fishes in this spot to ensure it’ll respawn after 24 hours, allowing repeated collection of the Tulletail.

Naturally, as a purple-rarity material, Tulletail is harder to catch than most other fishes. Players who have learned about its existence can also head to the cliff north (west of the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak Warp Spire) and find Professor Aventura for one of his many Observation quests in Infinity Nikki.
