The studio behind Yakuza, Like a Dragon and Judgement gets significantly more financial and personnel support than ever from Sega due to their success. Now their game release schedule is constant unlike their earlier days in the PS2- PS3 era.
Also they reuse assets nonstop. The same cities to explore, same fighting animations, same character designs, same music and same characters which helps cut development time.
