Arthur Perticoz will no longer be the CEO of Karmine Corp going into 2025

Karmine Corp has been one of the most important highlights in the European esports scene over the past two years. Aside from joining the LEC as one of the franchise teams, the French esports team founded by Kameto has seen incredible growth, both from a community and financial perspective.

In the video, Arthur Perticoz explained the reason why he is stepping down from the operating CEO position, explaining that he’s taking a step back from the operational side of things to focus more on his strategic role within the team. The change will be effective from January 31, 2025.

Perticoz stated that the team is currently entering a new maturity phase. From creating the team as a streamer-focused project to the quick growth of its team, KC are now looking to maintain their focus on three strong points: merchandising, financial stability, and sports performance. With the expansion of the team and the continuous growth, a shift in the organization was needed to support long-term success.

Perticoz also added that the changes were decided well before some of the controversies emerged in the media, stating that the team has already been implementing those changes to face the challenges heading into the new season.

“Why now? Because before, it was too early and tomorrow it will be too late. So we’re telling you now when we can tell you. The season is over, we worked very hard in 2024. We achieved most of our goals if not all. Earlier, it would have been a bit strange to talk about this,” he said in the video.

Despite his new role, Perticoz reassured fans that he and the rest of the team would make sure to give their all and work towards making KC the biggest team in the world.
