In the pursuit of peace, you’ll have to work with Hades to reach Mount Olympus. It won’t be easy, but with a bit of work, you can restore the Lord of the Underworld to his rightful seat of power in the Storybook Vale again.

How To Unlock Mount Olympus

To reach Mount Olympus, you’ll have to save up a lot of Storybook Magic. This is the final region in Mythopia, and it costs 10,000 Storybook Magic to unlock. You’ll also need to have completed the previous Mythic Trials in Mythopia so that the gate to Olympus opens for you.

The following quests will lead you to the gates of Mount Olympus:

While you can unlock this region prior to completing all the Mythic Trials, you won’t be able to open the gate.

After you’ve lit each of the braziers by Mount Olympus by removing the corruption in each trial, you can head up the mountain to reach Hades’ seat of power.

However, you’re not quite done yet. The path to the throne room is blocked, and you’ll have to work together to reach it and remove the corrupted Snippets hiding inside.

How To Cross The Bridge On Mount Olympus

The first obstacle in your path are the rotating bridges. There are a couple on Mount Olympus that will prevent you from reaching the throne room. Talk to Hades about what to do here.

He points out that the key to opening the gates and solving the puzzles is to find the pairs of vases he hid long ago. They will open the gates when placed on the proper pedestals, allowing you to progress further.

Thankfully, you won’t have to go far to find the first pair.

To the left is a sunken platform. Use your Royal Fishing Rod to hoist it up, then cross over to collect the vase depicting Hades on the front.

On the other side of the entrance is a fallen marble column. Use your Royal Pickaxe on the rubble to reach the second vase, then place them on the empty pedestals by the gate.

The gates will open and you can pass through to the rotating bridges beyond!

Follow Hades to the spinning wheel, then use your Royal Net to activate the mechanism. Cross to the adjacent bridge, then travel down the staircase and interact with the pillar of marble bricks.

Once it’s out of the way, smash through the rubble to collect the next vase. Head back upstairs and activate the second rotating bridge so you can reach the next platform, located to the left of the locked gate.

Here, you can use your Royal Watering Can on the mechanism on the floor, then collect the second vase. Use the lever to the right to lower a bridge and find two more empty pedestals. Place the vases here and continue to the next section of Mount Olympus.

How To Reach The Throne Room On Mount Olympus

To reach the throne room, you need to unlock another set of gates. This time, the spinning wheel is broken. Head over to the rubble on the right and fish the sunken platform out of the clouds. Use it to cross over and collect the severed wheel before reinstalling it next to the gate.

Press on forward with Hades after activating the wheel, then take the staircase down and move another pillar of marble bricks. Here you can collect a vase before backtracking a bit.

If you run low on energy, try opening some of the green chests on Mount Olympus for snacks!

Back where Hades is, you can use the Royal Pickaxe to break more rubble and pull a lever, which will lower a bridge to the final stretch of the mountain. Before you can do that, however, you’ll need to go back to the start of this section, where the marble pillar was moved, and interact with it again.

Follow the trail to keep it moving until it rests under the broken floor connecting two railings. Climb up here and collect the final vase, then proceed to the throne room after placing the vases on the pedestals outside the final gate.

Make sure you have plenty of energy for this part! You’re going to need it.

Inside the throne room are corrupted demon Snippets. Pull out your Royal Net and catch them. You’ll need to chase them a total of eight times before you can truly catch one, and there are three in total.

Move quickly to capture them, lest they despawn and you have to start over. Once the throne room is cleared, talk to Hades to tell him the good news and wrap up the quest.
