Namely, Medkit-OW tried to use the cliff-side from the video to locate its matching counterpart in-game. Given that Citlali in Genshin Impact is characterized as a hermit living in a remote house, the most logical place to look was to the south of the Masters of the Night-Wind. After discovering the exact location in the Tezcatepetonco Range, Medkit-OW shared it with the rest of the Genshin Impact community on Reddit.

Players are expected to visit its interior during the Tribal Chronicle for the Masters of the Night-Wind. From a gacha standpoint, Genshin Impact players may want to do their Citlali pulls in front of her house to bring good luck.
