From Astral Projection to the ability to shrink himself, it seems like he has every psychic ability under the sun.

One of his psychic powers is the ability to communicate with animals through telepathy, which means the communication happens solely through their minds without exchanging any verbal words. Jugo is one of Orocihimaru’s test subjects who Sasuke invites to join his team, Taka. Jugo has an innate ability (Kekkei Genkai) to absorb natural energy (Senjutsu) and uses it to transform his body into any form he wants. After experimenting on Jugo for quite a long time, Orochimaru succeeds in extracting a portion of Jugo’s ability. The result of this experiment is Orochimaru’s signature Cursed Seal.

To do so, he usually pours some natural energy into his ear and transforms it so that he can understand the animal’s speech. As a character, Uran has actually been around since the 1950s, just like her much more famous brother, Atom. However, the unique ability to perceive animals’ emotions and even talk to them is something that is given to Uran in her modern incarnation, with the latest being a series called Pluto, a reinterpretation of an original Astro Boy story arc called “The Greatest Robot on Eart”.

Koji Koda is a Class 1-A student in U.A. High School’s Hero Course. He is a classmate of Izuku Midoriya, the main protagonist of My Hero Academia. Koji Koda is the wielder of a quirk called Anivoice. This quirk allows him to communicate and command animals even if said animals are quite far away from him.

From an ant to a whale, Koji can communicate with them all. Due to this quirk, Koji grows a pair of horns that can amplify his ability even further. When it comes to talking to animals, nobody can do it better than Straw Hat’s doctor, Tony Tony Chopper. The reason is simply because Chopper used to be an animal as well.
