Plus, you can take the traditional rules for the Mario Party games and make them less luck-based and more strategy-based – something that grown-up players will surely love. All in all, Super Mario Party Jamboree offers plenty of improvements that make it a better multiplayer game than its predecessors.

Beat Up Your Favorite Characters

Tekken 8 came out at the beginning of the year, giving people plenty of time to try it out and sink hours into it with their friends (and strangers). It ended the year as one of the 2024 Game Award Winners. With high-quality designs and graphics, Tekken 8 is a visually stunning fighting game that lets you pick between playing through the storyline, a single-player arcade mode, or going up against other players.

Fortnite definitively returned with a vengeance in 2024, determined to once more be part of the mainstream of multiplayer games. This is, in part, thanks to some pretty big collaborations with Marvel and popular singers and bands.

With every new collaboration, they introduced new skins (some of which, like the Godzilla one, might have looked slightly off). Notably, the collaboration with Metallica went viral, pulling more attention to the game and to the band with the in-game concert. We Don’t Hate Vessel Of Hatred

Although Diablo 4 didn’t come out in 2024, it did come out with a fairly large DLC: Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred. This, combined with the regular season updates, brought attention right back around to Diablo 4 again.
