We’ll show you how to place the right boards and speakers so you can share information with guests. The more they learn, the higher your ranking. Here’s everything you need to know about educating the guests in your zoo so that your overall ranking increases in Planet Zoo!
How To Use Education Boards And Speakers
When you open a new exhibit, you’ll need to place education media around it so guests can learn new information. Otherwise, they’ll just be looking at an animal and know nothing about it.
Open the facilities tab, then select the media devices and education section. Here, you’ll find screens, boards, and speakers that can educate your guests.
Make sure to place a variety of education tools to provide a well-rounded experience.
Place the desired screens and speakers around the exhibit. Then, select each one and assign an animal to it. This will start the education process, allowing your guests to learn more about the exhibits and animals.
You can upload custom images to use for your education signs if you’re feeling creative.
How To Research Animals
Your education score can also be increased by having your vets research different animals. For every vet engaged in advanced research, your score will increase.
You can build a variety of research labs in your zoo and assign the vets to them. This is a great way to passively raise your score while unlocking more enrichment items for your animals as well!
When placing these labs, make sure that there are pathways and other resources for staff to use so that their research is efficient. You can check in to see how research is going, and assign vets to research whichever animals you’d like in your zoo.
