How To Obtain The Heaven’s Rod
Since the Heaven’s Rod is a rare late-game item and a very expensive fishing tool, getting it will be challenging.

Collect Energy Crystals
Let’s start with collecting four Energy Crystals since you need them to unlock the hidden cave where you can buy Heaven’s Rod. Once you’re done with the first three crystals, you can finally go in search of the fourth, which is the most difficult to obtain. To get the Red Energy Crystal, you will need to buy it for 250,000C$ from Hiker #12, located at the top of the mountain in Glacial Grotto. Finally, when you’re done with finding all the buttons, go back to the NPC and buy a Red Energy Crystal.
The last thing left is to buy the fishing rod itself. To locate it, go to the large altar with the crystal holders, which is located at the coordinates: 19986, 906, 5453. There, you should insert each of the crystals into the empty space to activate the altar and open the passage to the secret cave.
Once you’re done with that, equip your glider and jump from the mountain with the altar to the level below to find the Cryogenic Canal, where the cave entrance is located. Go inside, and you will see an abyss with a rope leading down. Use the rope to climb down. When you finally reach the cave, look to the south, and you will see the long-awaited Heaven’s Rod. Lastly, approach and interact with it to buy it for 1,750,000C$ and move it to your inventory.
