Kodansha Ltd. has announced the launch date for its upcoming 3D animated RPG, Wind Breaker: Rebel Heroes, scheduled to be released on Android, iOS, and PC on March 12, 2025, in Japan. Developed by Team Caravan, pre-registration is now available on Google Play or the App Store.

Wind Breaker: Rebel Heroes is an anime-style 3D RPG, and the first game adaptation of the popular anime and manga series, Wind Breaker, written and illustrated by Satoru Nii. The anime premiered in Japan on April 5, 2024, and it quickly became popular among fans. We can hope the game follows the same path.
The game offers the original story of the anime, brought to life with detailed 3D graphics and beautiful anime cutscenes. On top of that, it also features newly recorded voice-overs for the characters. I am excited to experience the journey of Sakura, Nirei, and the crew through this game. You will also get the opportunity to discover the unexpected sides of the characters while interacting more with them.
Moreover, you will also get to enjoy an exclusive game-original storyline, highlighting Choji Tomiyama and the Shishitoren, set after the battle at Cage, and exploring story parts that were not present in the anime.

As for the gameplay, the game offers animatic battles that are presented in stunning high-quality graphics. Not only that, you will also have the chance to defeat your opponents using a variety of combinations.
