Lukas is a character who enjoys staying in combat for longer durations. As a Fighter in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, he can’t one-shot another hero with one combo. He also needs as much Cooldown Reduction as possible since he heavily relies on his skills. For that, Lukas needs a build that covers these cons while enhancing his pros. If the enemy team has a lot of CC heroes, give Lukas Tough Boots to lower the effect of CC on him since he’s going to be the first victim of all these CCs.
