When they find out about a Rakugo storyteller who enraptures the audience with their words, effectively tricking them, they become obsessed with learning the art of story telling from them. The manga explores the art form of Rakugo and its nuances without getting too bogged down by the technicalities, making it a decent exploration of Japanese culture while still being quite entertaining.

The comic follows a doctor who gets murdered while treating his favorite idol, and gets reincarnated as the child of said idol. It focuses on family drama, showbiz, and a little bit of romance in the latter stages, though the undertones are present from the start. It’s a fantastic read for drama lovers, and it neatly ties up its story by the end.
