Throughout Geralt’s adventures in The Witcher franchise, the titular monster slayer for hire has faced no shortage of dangerous creatures. One key element that has allowed Geralt to succeed at fulfilling various contracts is knowing how to handle different foes and using that knowledge to prepare accordingly beforehand. Between crafting potions and bombs that can counter a specific monster type, such as Dimeritium Bombs that can block magic of all kinds, or visiting a crafter who can make new weapons and armor, The Witcher games have allowed fans to create various builds and gear sets for Geralt to use in different situations.
