The operators of Delta Force shape the battlefield in a multitude of ways, depending on their class. Uluru is an Engineer, and unlike the defense-oriented Shepherd, he brings a number of different tools meant to help the team push and lock down areas.

If you ever find yourself in need of a demolitions expert who can also block chokepoints and setup hardpoints, then Uluru is your man. He’s a good pick across all of Delta Force’s game modes, and if you want to take him out for a spin, here’s how you can unlock him.

How to Unlock Uluru in Delta Force

Operator Uluru Event in Delta Force

Uluru is unlocked by completing events. As of writing, players can unlock him the same way they get Hackclaw in Delta Force: by completing a limited-time event (simply called Operator Uluru, in this case). It will run from December 20, 2024 to January 14, 2025. It’s currently unclear if he’ll still be unlockable in the future when this event expires, but if so, we’ll update this guide accordingly.

This event involves completing the following challenges:

  • Play 3 matches in any mode.
  • Kill 50 enemies in any mode.
  • Play 5 matches in any mode.

You’ll need to complete one objective after the other, so expect this to take some time to complete if you’re going to play only the standard Operations and Warfare modes. For this, we recommend doing short limited-time events, such as Blitz.

How to Play Uluru

Uluru's skills in Delta Force

Uluru offers a decent mix of offense and defense. Instead of mobility or tactical recon gadgets, he brings a suite of construction and destruction tools that can help him and his team take key positions in the battlefield. Also, since he’s an Engineer, he automatically comes equipped with a Repair Tool for fixing damaged vehicles in Warfare mode. He also has access to the usual array of rocket launchers as well as machine guns like the PKM in Delta Force. Uluru’s unique gadgets include:

  • Loitering Munition: A custom rocket launcher that fires TV-guided missiles. The projectiles explode into smaller munitions, which are great for eliminating groups of clustered infantry or damaging vehicles.
  • Composite Incendiary: An incendiary grenade that coats an area in flames. Use this to block chokepoints and prevent enemies from rushing positions.
  • Quickset Cover: A special grenade that detonates on impact, creating a waist-high piece of destructible cover. This can be used to block enemies and set up firing positions in otherwise open areas.
  • Battle Hardened (Passive): Slowing effects from fractured legs and gadgets are less effective on Uluru.
