There are plenty of animals in the world of Infinity Nikki. You shouldn’t waste time grooming animals that barely give any Insight unless you want the materials. Tracking animals based on how much Insight they give you is the best way to gain Animal-Grooming Insight.
Animal-Grooming Insight Overview
Your main abilities for collecting resources will build up Insight upon use. An accumulation of Insight allows you to level up your ability and unlock new sketches. Leveling up your Animal-Grooming Insight will allow you to unlock the ability to collect Essence from animals as well as a few clothing sketches.
- These upgrades can be unlocked with Insight in the Heart of Infinity.
Players can track the location of resources on their map by pressing the book icon on the bottom left of the map. This opens up the Collections menu, where you can be shown where to get different materials. This will help you locate the best animals to groom.
Insight accumulation has a daily limit when acquiring it by using the ability by hand and not from the Realm of Nourishment.
Animals That Give The Most Insight
To unlock the ability to collect Essence from animals, you will need 1,000 Animal-Grooming Insight. To accumulate a lot of Insight in a shorter period of time, you will want to focus on grooming animals that give the most Insight per grooming session.

The Bullquet is a rare creature. There is only one of them in the game and because of that, you get five Insight for grooming it.
Five is the most Insight you can get from a creature, whether it be a bug, animal, or fish. Five Insight creatures will be rare, with probably only one creature per ability category.
Another way to acquire a lot of Insight quickly is to use the Realm of Nourishment at a Warp Spire.
