Shatterproof Games has announced that their puzzle title, Aarik and the Ruined Kingdom, is scheduled to launch on both Android and iOS on January 25, 2025. Featuring over 90 puzzles, the game is now open for pre-registration on the Google Play Store and the App Store.

Embark on an epic adventure while fixing a broken kingdom

Aarik and the Ruined Kingdom is a heartwarming and relaxing perspective-based puzzle title set in a vibrant isometric world. In this game, you play as Aarik, a young Prince, embarking on an epic journey through diverse landscapes, including castles, forests, deserts, swamps, and tundras, in a challenging quest to reunite your family by finding your mother.

Coming to the gameplay mechanics, you will be able to use your father’s crown, a powerful item that allows you to manipulate the world around you. With its abilities, you can find your way to each goal, change perspectives by turning the crown to spin the camera, drag and drop objects, characters, and other elements, mend broken paths, and even reverse time. I am pretty excited to try it out.

While the Crown is really interesting, with a lot of features, you will also encounter various friendly characters and objects, that will help you on your quest. And the best part of the game is the 90 challenging and unique puzzles, spread across 35 distinct levels. I dig the visuals and the calming soundtrack of this indie game.

Aarik and the Ruined Kingdom is scheduled to launch on both Android and iOS on January 25, 2025. You can now pre-register for the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store. While this game is not free, you can still enjoy the first eight levels without purchasing the game.
