Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1 Reloaded is approaching its midpoint, kickstarting the arrival of the final set of content drops for the titular season. While players may still be enjoying the game’s roster of maps, along with the debut of Citadelle des Morts for Zombies, events are also making their debut. One such event allows players to get their hands on an additional weapon: the AMR Mod 4.
The AMR Mod 4 is yet another weapon introduced for Season 1 Reloaded in Black Ops 6 and Warzone, arriving right after the Maelstrom Shotgun. This semi-automatic Sniper Rifle boasts excellent stopping power across range and a fast-fire rate for quickly chaining back-to-back eliminations. Though the weapon boasts a fair amount of weapon kick and recoil with each shot, it could be even better with the best loadout.

How To Unlock The AMR Mod 4
The AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle is the Mastery Reward for the Archie’s Festival Frenzy Event for Black Ops 6 and Warzone. To acquire it, players will need to claim 12 Archie’s Festival Frenzy rewards. Once done, the AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle will be made available for players to equip to their loadout.
Alternatively, if players want to get the AMR Mod 4 as early as possible, they can acquire it by purchasing the Rainmaker Bundle for 1,800 COD Points. In addition to the Reverb Operator Skin, players will also receive the High Sight Blueprint for the AMR Mod 4, allowing them to access the weapon without participating in the event.
When Archie’s Festival Frenzy comes to a close, the AMR Mod 4 will be made available as an Armory Unlock.
Best AMR Mod 4 Loadout In Black Ops 6
Best AMR Mod 4 Build:
- Muzzle Brake (Muzzle)
- Long Barrel (Barrel)
- Fast Mag I (Magazine)
- Commando Grip (Rear Grip)
- Rapid Fire (Fire Mods)
The AMR Mod 4 is the perfect Sniper Rifle for chaining back-to-back kills relatively easily, thanks to its semi-automatic functionality. However, its weapon kick and slow reload can often become a hindrance. With the setup above, however, these two flaws will be mitigated.
Benefits of the attachments listed above include improved kick reset speed and first-shot recoil control, enhancing accuracy during hectic gunfights. Damage range and fire rate are also boosted for more consistent one-shot kills, along with significantly improved reload speeds. All in all, this setup is an excellent choice for Multiplayer, albeit one on the slower side.
Best Black Ops 6 Perks & Wildcard

|
While the attachments players choose for the AMR Mod 4 will determine whether the weapon suits their playstyle or not, their Perk Package and Wildcard options are also critically important. For this loadout, Perk Greed is an excellent Wildcard for players to consider, as it allows them to run a total of four Perks. As for the Perks themselves, those listed above are among the best choices.
Benefits of the highlighted Perks include improvements to sprint speed while reloading, as well as faster weapon swap speeds, both mitigating the AMR Mod 4’s slow reload. Additional benefits include an increased tactical sprint duration for greater mobility and the ability to loot ammunition from defeated operators.
Recommended Black Ops 6 Secondary
The AMR Mod 4 is undoubtedly a solid weapon for players to rely on during gunfights. However, with the gun being tailored for long-range engagements and its heavy reliance on accuracy, bringing an additional option for close-range encounters is recommended. Two options that players should consider are the Sirin 9mm and the Grekhova. Both weapons are fully automatic, and while they don’t necessarily boast the best DPS compared to SMGs, they are excellent when measured against other secondary options.

Next up is a solid build for the AMR Mod 4 designed specifically to compete in the long-range meta for Warzone. While some of the benefits from the previous Black Ops 6 build have carried over, a few Warzone-specific perks have been introduced. These benefits include boosted bullet velocity alongside improved damage range, ensuring players can maximize the impact of each round while reducing the need to lead their shots.
Additional benefits include better aim-down-sight speeds, faster reload speeds, and the option to enhance both accuracy and mobility if players choose to run an eight-attachment build. All in all, if players want a reliable Sniper Rifle capable of chaining back-to-back hits with ease, this build is an excellent choice.
Best Warzone Perks & Wildcard
- Dexterity (Perk 1)
- Cold Blooded (Perk 2)
- Alertness (Perk 3)
- Gunfighter/Overkill (Wildcard)
Following the trend of the previous loadout, choosing the right Perks for the job will increase the versatility of a player’s loadouts. The Perks listed above provide some useful benefits for avid marksmen, such as the ability to become immune to enemy recon effects to lower the player’s profile, along with sensing when enemies are nearby or targeting the player.
When it comes to the Wildcard option, players have some freedom. Gunfighter is an excellent choice for equipping three extra attachments. However, Overkill is also a great option if players prefer not to rely on purchasing a second weapon from the Buy Station.
Recommended Warzone Secondary
Wrapping up the Warzone AMR Mod 4 loadout is a solid secondary weapon, with two notable weapon categories serving as great considerations. Up first is a reliable Assault Rifle, which does an excellent job of adding versatility to a player’s loadout. Great options to consider include the GPR 91, the Model L, the AK-74, and the XM4. Each boasts excellent damage across range, with the GPR 91 shining as one of the fastest-killing options.
For players who want to go all out on Sniper support, however, a great Submachine Gun will also do the trick. Weapons to consider include the Jackal PDW, the Saug, the C9, and the PP-919—with the Jackal PDW ranking as the best of the bunch.
