The Starry Vigil sketch is easy to pass by. It is located inside a chest at a beautiful wedding gazebo east of Bug Catcher’s Cabin. From the Bug Catcher’s Cabin Warp Spire, head east toward the water until you find the gazebo.

The chest will be closer to the water, where you will also find a rare Tuxtail Swan and Rosecrown Swan. Conveniently enough, the dress requires resources from these specific swans.
