December has already been a massive month for Fortnite. Fortnite kicked off Chapter 6, added multiple new modes, and made numerous gameplay improvements across the board. If this wasn’t enough, the game’s most recent update set the stage for the upcoming Winterfest event. A majority of Battle Royale’s map is now covered in snow, and new Christmas-themed collabs with Mariah Carey, Shaquille O’Neil, and Snoop Dogg have been discovered in the game’s files.
Besides Christmas cosmetics, leakers have also unearthed information regarding multiple upcoming collabs. These include the arrival of Hatsune Miku as the next Festival Pass skin and the expected return of Master Chief to the item shop. New details have also emerged regarding the previously leaked Cyberpunk 2077 cosmetics, including when players can expect to find them in Fortnite.

A prominent Fortnite leaker reveals that two skins that haven’t been in the item shop for over seven years are returning to the battle royale.
From Night City to Seaport City
Just like CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Cyberpunk 2077 will soon be collaborating with Fortnite. Though Cyberpunk 2077 had one of the more infamous launches in gaming history, the dystopian RPG has seen a massive resurgence thanks to Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the Phantom Liberty DLC, and continued quality of life improvements from CD Projekt Red. Fortnite is the latest in a wave of Cyberpunk collabs, as the franchise also partnered with Balatro and Guilty Gear -Strive- earlier this year.
Information regarding Cyberpunk 2077‘s crossover with both Fortnite and Rocket League was first revealed back in November by SamLeakss on X. Initial details were scarce, but new files added in this week’s update have given fans a better idea of what they can expect from this collab. According to popular leaker HYPEX, Cyberpunk 2077 will have four tabs in the Fortnite item shop with cosmetics that can be used in multiple modes.
Every Expected Cyberpunk 2077 Cosmetic
- Quadra Turbo-R car body
- Johnny Silverhand’s Guitar
- Johnny Silverhand skin
- V skin
- Arasaka mantis blades harvesting tool
The first Cyberpunk 2077 cosmetic leaked for Fortnite is the Quadra Turbo-R car body. The vehicle will come with multiple decals and a unique set of wheels. As with all car bodies purchased in Fortnite, the Quadra Turbo-R will not only be usable in Battle Royale and Rocket Racing but in Rocket League as well. Fortnite Festival also seems to be getting in on the Cyberpunk action. Players will be able to purchase the guitar of Night City’s most famous rocker, Johnny Silverhand. It’s unknown if any of Festival will be receiving any other items from this collab, but a “Never Fade Away” jam track seems like the perfect way to break in this new guitar.
As far as Johnny Silverhand goes, it seems likely that the character could receive a skin in Fortnite. In addition to already having at least one cosmetic in the game, Silverhand is also the most iconic character from the Cyberpunk universe. However, a tease from HYPEX seems to suggest that V is the most likely candidate for a crossover skin. Since V is a customizable character in Cyberpunk 2077, it’s expected that Fortnite will pull from one of two models used in the RPG’s marketing material. It has yet to be revealed if this will be the male or female version of V. HYPEX added in the teaser post that a new harvesting tool will be added to the game in the form of Arasaka mantis blades.
When the Cyberpunk 2077 Collab Should Arrive in Fortnite
After the divisive Skibidi Toilet crossover earlier this week, Fortnite players are excited for the more substantive Cyberpunk 2077 collab. Luckily, fans won’t have to wait much longer. The collab is expected to release on December 23, which is also the same date that Master Chief will supposedly be returning to the item shop. Other notable crossover dates within the next week include Mariah Carey on December 20, a ninja Batman skin on December 21, and Santa Shaq on December 22.
