Infinity Nikki players can claim free items as compensation for the issues that popped up following the release of the popular title’s latest event. All sorts of materials, including plenty of gacha resources, have been gifted to Infinity Nikki players since the game’s December 5 launch thanks to server maintenance sessions, bug fixes, and milestone unlocks.

Infold Games’ Infinity Nikki recently received an update that added the Companion’s Day event, among other things, to the cozy open-world adventure experience. It also introduced some bugs, however, including one that affected the new Infinity Nikki outfit, Timeless Echo. While this particular problem has already been resolved, the dev team still wants to apologize for the trouble caused by giving away free goodies.

At least 100 Diamonds are being handed to Infinity Nikki players through the inbox as a token of apology for any inconvenience caused by the issues that appeared after the release of the Companion’s Day event, according to a statement that was posted on the game’s official social media accounts. Meanwhile, those who purchased the Timeless Echo collection but were unable to properly obtain the full set should receive any missing pieces via the mail system. Infold Games has also implemented improvements that should reduce crashes on certain devices when using the title’s camera mode. The Diamonds in Infinity Nikki are used to purchase Revelation Crystals and Resonite Crystals, the materials that are required to pull from the game’s limited and permanent banners, respectively.


Infinity Nikki Players Receive Free Diamonds as a Token of Apology

To celebrate the birthday of Infinity Nikki‘s titular main protagonist last December 6, the dev team provided 10 Resonite Crystals and 500 Diamonds to all players for free. Players received another batch of 10 complimentary Resonite Crystals a few days later when Infinity Nikki reached more than 10 million downloads.


The Companion’s Day event, which features login bonuses and exclusive quests, will run until December 29. In addition to the Timeless Echo set that costs 980 of Infinity Nikki‘s premium Stellarite currency, the game’s latest update also added the Woolfruit Siesta, Unseen Entity, Froggy Fashion, and Dreamy Glimmer sets. The latter two can only be obtained from the ongoing special banners that are tied to the Companion’s Day event.

Infinity Nikki is the fifth entry in the beloved Nikki series of dress-up games. It currently has an average score of 80 on review aggregate site OpenCritic, with many praising the Unreal Engine 5-powered title’s beautiful open world, diverse wardrobe of outfits, and creative gameplay mechanics.
