The new Fortnite Chapter 6 map is interesting, there’s tons of new POIs and other exciting spots. However, the Fortnite Turtle location might be one of the most interesting. This spot isn’t home to the best loot or most chests. Not anything special like a medallion. But it is the only spot on the map that’s on the back of an actual creature! Not everyone has found him yet though, they might still be asking where is the Giant Turtle in Fortnite?
The Fortnite Turtle location is a spot that’s definitely worth visiting at least a few times. It’s one of the cutest features Epic’s ever put on the map. Kind of Klombo, it’s a giant creature that can serve as a kind of mascot for this Fortnite season! The Giant Turtle does have less features though, you can’t interact with him as much as Klombo. With his extra size though, he has quite a bit of loot and features on his back for players to use.
If you want to pay the Giant Turtle in Fortnite a visit, you won’t find him marked on the map. Instead, you’ll need to track him down outside of regular POIs. This is where the Fortnite Turtle location is and how to find it in each game.
Where is the Giant Turtle in Fortnite?
The Fortnite Turtle location was shown off pretty widely in the build-up to the Fortnite season starting. However, once we got a look at the map it turned out the Giant Turtle was more of a landmark. An unmarked spot on the map with a few features, but it is not one of the best Fortnite landing spots. While it doesn’t make sense to build your game rotation plan around it, the Giant Turtle is definitely cool enough for a few visits.
Where is the giant turtle in Fortnite? You can find him close to Lost Lake. But also elsewhere. The giant turtle does actually spawn in a few different spaces depending on the match. Which one he goes to is random, but you can track him down at these spots:
- Below Whiffy Wharf
- Northwest of Lost Lake
- Northeast of Brutal Boxcars
- Beneath Shining Span
- Between Masked Meadows and Hopeful Heights
- Above the mountain east of Canyon Crossing
- North of Burd, below Nightshift Forrest
Those are all of the Fortnite turtle locations! Like the Earth Sprite, it can be tricky to track him down in each game. However, keep an eye out and you’ll likely to find him eventually.
