Bleach’s Ending Might Be Affected
The Bleach creator revealed that many of these scenes will leave the audience shocked as they were not in the manga. Bleach fans do not have to worry about the anime’s handling of the story, as Kubo himself will oversee its development. If he wasn’t on board with the decision to include new scenes, he would not have publicly made a statement.
The never-before-seen content is very likely to expand on the manga’s ending and create something that Tite Kubo had originally planned for. The author also admitted that he couldn’t end the manga how he had envisioned, so the anime will give him the opportunity to fix it.
Wrapping Up A Story Is Not Easy
- Bleach’s ending could be altered
- My Hero Academia and Oshi no Ko have been victims of endings
However, a new ending comes with its risks. Many big manga titles concluded in 2024, and their respective endings became the talking point of the entire anime and manga fandom.
Most recently, Horikoshi Kohei suffered the fans’ wrath when My Hero Academia’s last volume was released. It contained extra pages that expanded upon the original conclusion. As a result, a lot of people were outraged, and they decided to mass block Horikoshi Kohei. They started blocking his account and writing inappropriate things.
Akasaka’s Oshi no Ko also ended in 2024, and fans were disappointed with the ending. However, the author stated that he was happy with how the story concluded. Eventually, the ending was expanded further in a novel, which was considered more outrageous than the initial one.
Bleach began serializing in the Weekly Shonen Jump in 2001 and remained an integral part of the line-up till its conclusion in 2016. It is among the few titles that have sold more than 100 million copies.
The Bleach anime is also universally loved. Millions of fans around the world wait to see new episodes of the final arc weekly.
