Whether you’re hoping to travel to Far Cry 6’s tropical Yara, the windy city of Chicago in Watch Dogs, or the many locations in Assassin’s Creed’s past, Ubisoft has plenty of games in its catalog that are worth enjoying. Personally, I would also strongly suggest playing through the Watch Dogs trilogy. While Legion suffers due to some tonal problems, the first two games offer a unique twist on the open-world formula that Ubisoft keenly sticks to. The first game is a moody revenge story set on the backdrop of Chicago’s rainy streets, while the second game delivers immersive-sim style gameplay that takes you to the sunny world of San Francisco.
Normally, the Ubisoft+ Classics selection is $7.99 / £6.99 a month, giving you a range of some older titles from the publisher. However, for a limited time, you can get the first month for just $1 / £1, and if you play through the games you like during that time, you can simply cancel it with no issue. However, considering Ubisoft’s lengthy history, we imagine there are some gems you’ve missed out on.
