How To Solve The Vaiaku Puzzle In Monument Valley 3
As shared above, level six of Monument Valley 3, Vaiaku is made up of three parts, each with its own creative puzzles. Players can solve these puzzles by using the movable layouts and reaching any place that forms a path, regardless of whether they follow traditional logic. Here’s how to solve each part:
Part 1: The Sunken Monument
The first puzzle in level six of Monument Valley 3 starts with Noor’s totem boat dropping her off at a lavender-colored structure in the middle of the ocean. Your goal here is to progress through this puzzle and step into a mysterious black door that appears later. This is how to solve it:
- Start by climbing up and tapping the floor button. This will cause another monument to rise.
- Move to the ledge with three purple circles, drag it toward the other building, and step onto the geometric structure.
- Use the movable wall to turn the structure to the left, carefully aligning the path to proceed forward.
- Shift the architecture to the right using the movable wall to create a new path and hop over to the left side.
- Rotate the building to the right to form a track and move across.
- Finally, turn the structure one time to the left, align the path, and enter the black door.
Part 2: Inside The Sunken Monument
The second part of the Vaiaku puzzle steps up the challenge with a tricky layout that bends logic. Just forget the rules of physics, and focus on the possibilities. Now, your aim is to reach the shining door at the bottom of the structure. Simply follow these steps to do sp:
- Step onto the geometric structure and use the ledge with the three purple circles to drag the monument to the left, forming a track. Then, walk over to it.
- Move the building to the right using the same purple circles to align the path. Just walk forward, rotate the building again two times to the right, and climb onto the last ledge.
- Next, turn the entire structure to the right to make a track and climb down until you reach the bottom.
- A circular structure will appear, half-filled with water. Rotate it once to the right using the purple circles embedded at the base, then descend to the ledge.
- Shift the circular structure twice to the right to align the light purple tiles with the sunken stairway. Walk across and drag the structure three times to the right. Hop onto the small ledge, move the structure two more times to the right, and wait for the water to balance the two purple tiles. Then, across them.
- Finally, turn the circular structure once to the left and step into the glowing door.

Part 3: Chasing The Broken Light
The final puzzle in Vaiaku introduces a unique leaf-like movable structure that players can use in order to uncover most of the solution. Your task is to press an upside-down floor button and make your way to the top of the architecture to capture the light with the staff. Here’s how to complete this section:
- Move the leaf-like movable structure with orange circles to the right and walk onto the ledge.
- Reverse the leaf structure back to its original position, then hop onto the geometric structure. Pull the wall with the floor button downward to align it with the lone ledge. Then, step over.
- Rotate the movable leaf layout six times to the right. Then, walk to the middle structure’s inverted wall.
- Drag the pillar with the floor button upward, slide the leaf structure one time to the right, and walk to the floor button to press it.
- The architecture will be upgraded. Simply move it one time to the right using the leaf structure below, then hop onto it.
- Shift the architecture once more to the right and climb to the ledge leading to the sacred light’s source.
- Lastly, walk straight toward the pod at the top of the structure.
As you reach the pod, a beam of light will come out from the source. However, instead of forming the sacred geometric sign, it will split apart, leaving Noor in despair. This will end the Chapter Six in Monument Valley 3.
