Disney Dreamlight Valley Giving Away Free Item for Limited Time

Disney Dreamlight Valley is offering its players a holiday gift with the addition of a new free Premium Bundle in the in-game shop. The holiday-themed Festive Blue Star is available now in Disney Dreamlight Valley, but players only have about a week to claim it before the offer goes away.

Holiday-themed festivities have been ramping up in Disney’s cozy life sim all December long. The release of Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Sew Delightful update on December 4 kicked things off by reuniting the holiday season’s spookiest couple, with Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas joining the game’s roster approximately one year after Jack Skellington made his debut. Sew Delightful also introduced a new Star Path full of wintry rewards, and with just a couple of weeks left in the year, the game has just brought back the Gift of Giving annual event, beginning on December 18.

Disney Dreamlight Valley launches some long-awaited Christmas 2024 content in the form of a new gift-giving event, available for a limited time.

With so many holiday-themed festivities already underway, developer Gameloft has surprised fans with the announcement of an extra gift on the game’s official Twitter page. The Festive Blue Star Bundle is a limited-time single-item bundle that players can pick up as one of the rotating rewards in the Disney Dreamlight Valley Premium Shop. Containing a single furniture item that resembles an eight-pointed star made out of icy crystals, the bundle was added to the shop on December 18, alongside the beginning of The Gift of Giving, and players will be able to pick it up without spending any Moonstones through December 25.

Disney Dreamlight Valle Offers Free Holiday-Themed Item

The Festive Blue Star is just one of many winter-themed items up for offer in Disney Dreamlight Valley right now. Players have also been picking up some festive Frost and Fairies Star Path rewards by earning Moonstones through the completion of more than 100 different types of duties. There are more than 40 different items that players can unlock during the limited-time event, including a Frosty Rabbit companion, wearable cosmetics like the First Frost Dress and Winter Crystal Diadem, and furniture like the Buzz and Woody Ice Sculptures and Spring Thaw Crystal Fountain.

While there are a bountiful number of rewards that can be picked up in the game during this month, most carry a wintry theme that some players may not want to keep displaying throughout their villages all year. Those looking for a better way to store and organize their out-of-season furniture and other items can follow the lead of one Disney Dreamlight Valley player’s brilliant Floating Islands idea, which turns the new in-game display area into free storage.
