Solo Leveling’s second season is shaping up to be more exciting than the first. The anime revealed new key visuals for certain characters, who are going to be at the forefront of things in the new season. These include:

Sung Jin-woo is an obvious choice as he is the main protagonist of the series. The other three received decent screen time in the first season, and they will only improve in the new Solo Leveling -Arise from the Shadow.

The film encompassed the entire first season and two episodes from the new season.

Chugong’s Solo Leveling began serializing on KakaoPage in 2016. Once the series wrapped up, a sequel called Solo Leveling: Ragnarok was released on April 10, 2023. The story is set after the events of Solo Leveling. It was written by Daul, who took over from Chugong.

Solo Leveling’s anime adaptation was announced at the Anime Expo 2022, but the anime did not premiere until December 2023. The initial season of Solo Leveling consisted of 12 episodes, and the new season will have 13. Solo Leveling also has a mobile game to its name. It has been developed by Netmarble and has millions of downloads on both stores.
