Another Switch 2 Accessory Has Leaked Online

A new Nintendo Switch 2 accessory has leaked online, which turns the Joy-Cons into a steering wheel, possibly allowing players to get a much more immersive experience for games involving driving vehicles. Previously, a few cases for the Nintendo Switch 2 were also leaked, which gave fans a comprehensive overview of what the console could look like.

The Nintendo Switch is all set to complete its eighth anniversary early next year, and fans are growing increasingly impatient over the release of the next console. While an official release date hasn’t been confirmed yet, Nintendo did state that the Nintendo Switch 2 will be revealed in this fiscal year, which is slated to end in March 2025. Some fans believe that the Switch 2 will be released on the Switch’s eighth anniversary which happens to be on March 7, 2025, but nothing has been confirmed. The picture gives a much better overview of what the new Joy-Cons could look like with the accessories, and fans seem to like certain aspects of the design. In addition, it seems like fans think they have received a hint about the possible release date of Mario Kart 9 with this leak.

Fans believe that the presence of a steering wheel accessory suggests that Mario Kart 9 could be a launch title for Nintendo Switch 2. Considering that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe came out on the Nintendo Switch all the way back in 2017, the community has been waiting for a sequel for quite a while now. Fans have a lot of expectations from Mario Kart 9, ranging from new characters to modes, tracks, and much more. That being said, there has been no official word about Mario Kart 9 being a launch title yet, so all of this should be taken with a grain of salt.

As far as the design is concerned, fans seem to like that the leaked steering wheel adopts a layout similar to a real one.
